It’s simple - see our recipe below…
All you need:
- Your favourite flavour shortbread
- Marshmallows
- Wooden or metal skewers
- A campfire or bonfire
When your bonfire is hot and crackling, skewer one or two marshmallows and toast them over the flame. When the marshmallow begins to brown, carefully take it off the skewer and squash it between two shortbread biscuits. For an extra indulgent treat, spread some chocolate spread on one side of the shortbread. Watch the marshmallow melt the chocolate into a warm, sticky mess!
